This is for you rather than 'the world'. I was slightly embarrassed by the fact that staff at the venue had no record of my booking, and in particular the fact that I had paid in advance (although what I said about this was readily accepted). So, service is fine, systems not fine.

I’m a regular and today’s experience was just as good as before. Got my haircut after 4 months and it was perfect. It was also good to see everyone wearing masks!
