The hairdresser did not understand English and despite me telling her that it was a simple straight trim at the back and trim at the front. The hair dresser decided that she wanted to cut my hair how she wanted and started to try cut me a full fringe and asked me how much fringe I wanted , I kept asking her if she understood she just kept nodding. I went into my purse to give a £5 for the wash but pulled out £20 that was snatched out of my hand by the receptionist, I left unhappy and wet hair

she left patches of vax on me, that I had to rip off myself and she missed larger patches of hair behind. It was a rushed and sloppy job
