Upon arrival I was told to sit and wait until my masseuse was ready. 15 mins later and employees stood around waiting and chatting. One eventually explained the room was being made up and apologised. When I got into the room I was left to undress but the masseuse didn’t knock before entering so walked in on me topless - not ideal. The massage was relaxing but didn’t feel the “lymphatic drainage” so feel that was a waste. Also disappointed it ended at the original time despite starting late…
