I went for a dry cut but as Zenir suggested after seeing the haircut I wanted to achieve we went for a wash and cut instead. She also understood very well what I wanted and explained how my layers would look once I had my hair dried. I booked a haircut here for the privacy room, its the only one close to me and the price was great. No complaints and they were really nice even when I was 10 minutes late.

Appalling!! I booked on the day to then be told 2 hours before my appointment that the therapist wasn’t even in the salon today I was then told to arrive at 6pm for another therapist only to wait a further 1 hour for my treatment This is the 2nd time I have booked and then been told the therapist is not arriving on the day I suggest Treatwell make sure with the salon that all staff are in Very annoying

Not so relaxing due to constant and loud staff in the salon Talking over clients as if they are not there Very rude and not relaxing for your treatment
