My overall experience was great. I haven't had a wax in a long time so I knew it would be painful, but my therapist made a huge effort to make me feel comfortable. She was quick and efficient, and a lovely character! The result is perfect. I will definitely be going back :)

Val is lovely as always. Her salon has had a makeover and is bigger and lighter now. I prefer Val herself to do my nails as she has the best attention to detail.
