Val is the best, come for manicure pedicure and facial , she is positive, kind and knowledgeable, she arranges things in the best way for you to enjoy your treatment. I've booked wrong type of treatment for my skin type but she change it to a suitable one and add some extra treatments for better result. I left with a clear and smooth skin. :)

I had a Shellac Mani + Shellac Pedi, including full mani and pedi treatment ideal for winter time. YY and have awarded it 5 stars. Val she is fabulos.
Val is lovely - made me feel very comfortable for my wax.
The wax itself was as pain-free as a wax can be and she was very quick and thorough.
Will definitely be returning.

So Val was lovely, the place was unsanitary and not relaxing.
Now where do I begin... My pedicure was so painful. I told her to stop prodding (politely) and she just kept picking and prodding at my toes! My toe started to bleed and she just continued. The worst thing is the sticks and files etc did not look as though they had been cleaned. I came back and woke up at 3am with my toe throbbing. I had to take two days off work because I couldn't walk! I am truly concerned about my foot as I've heard awful things about bad pedicures :( I wish I had never gone. She kept fobbing me off saying it was fine but it really wasn't.
Please do not go here! I feel so awful for saying this because she was nice!
