I am a loyal client of the saloon and my recent keratin treatment was disappointing. A significant part of my hair was left untreated, despite my efforts to address the issue with the staff. The contrast in texture between treated and untreated sections was evident in post-treatment photos. Traveling from far one more time and spending hours to resolve the issue only added to my frustration. I hope this feedback prompts to improve their service
