I tried calling the day before to change my nail booking and the lady was so rude and she said she doesnt want to serve me and i should call Wowcher and get my money back.......... so angry.

the placris a bit too grimy, but the stuff members are really nice. i was having my waxing treatment while another girl was having her nails done in the same room just behind a foldind screen. but the place it worth its prices so im most probably coming again
