This should not be advertised as Japanese straightening! They use a brazialin product which is keratin based. My eyes watered and throat ivher from the strong smell and chemicals. I’ve never experienced that before with Japanese straightening. My hair still smells strongly of chemicals after washing. very upset with the treatment as I paid for Japanese straightening but received a different product! I’m worried it won’t last as long as Japanese straightening which is permanent unlike keratin!

Staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. My pedi was done to a good standard, my mani on the other hand looks a bit messy, which is a shame. But I might give them another chance in the future.
