I'm really pleased with my haircut and it was kind of the stylist to blow-dry my hair without charging me. The general experience of the salon wasn't great though. My appointment was running late but no one told me I'd need to wait or apologised at all. The staff didn't do anything to make me feel welcome or valued, there were no conversations or smiles, just hello and goodbye basically.
