Walked in staff happy to help and fit me in went in for eyebrow was ended up having manicure and waxing. Staff so kind and efficient,, wanting to please. Always clean and tidy

It’s a nice place and very aesthetic. The staff are friendly. My nails were lovely and what I asked for but it really depends who does them as to what standard of service you receive. I have had lovely nails here and some which were quite messy with messy edges and gel on my fingers. have previously had my eyebrows done here where half my eyebrow was threaded off. I would not have my eyebrows done here again, but I will return for my nails. I have taken one star off for this

Had 3 different women do different parts of the treatment. Chatted to themselves making me feel very uncomfortable, were rude when I came in, asking me to come back tomorrow because they were tired and hadn’t had a break yet! Couldn’t wait for appointment to finish! Had biab nails and 2 nails have lifted in less than 2 weeks. Would not recommend at all!
