Overall the service was great, the salon was clean and fresh, only a couple of thing that could do with improving, while having my treatment some switched the lights on full out side and it turned the lights on in my room not great when you should be relaxing, my beautician asked to answer her phone while i was in the room trying to relax with a face pack on, she continued with her conversation, think she should of stepped out the room. Over I’m pretty pleased and I would go back

I arrived for my appointment and they were late opening. I had to leave to get to work.
They called to rearrange my appointment.
When I arrived there was very little interaction - more interested in their mobile phones. I was asked to take a seat and she was about to thread my eyebrows, I had to stop and say it was for waxing.
There was no apology for the issue 2 days prior and no offer of any compensation for having wasted my time.
One young lady did my nails and another one did my eyebrows

the threatening especially as it did not seem so painful this time!
