Komal was great. I’d been struggling with neck and shoulder and lower back pain for quite a while. I googled the salon and saw they had appointments that day so I booked the next available. I received a call 1/2 hour before my appointment asking me if they could move it to slightly later. Overall, very clean salon, very friendly staff and great attention to detail. I feel much better after my massage and plan to go again!

Got there 5 minutes before my appointment.
While waiting, a lady came in and she had an appointment at the same time as me for brow threading too. She was taken straight away while
I had to wait for another 15 minutes without apology or explanation.
I guess the other client was a regular but made the whole customer experience look very bad considering I was already there and I had been waiting.
Nails and brows were nice but wont be going there again.
