Pedicure, loads of dead skin still on my heels, cuticles not pushed back or trimmed well, now have a gap day 1. Had to pluck the odd hair from my brows that had been missed, wax left on my leg, thumb nail chipped day 1. The shop was freezing and they were late opening up. I will struggle to recommend or return. Oh, I overpaid online, they didn't adjust the amount I had to request a partcial refund. Very sad, we need thriving businesses in the village, not this sort of experience.
