Pro’s: Alka was very nice, sweet and personable. Treatment was very good and completed professionally.
Cons: Really need two people in salon as no coffee was available and poor Alka was having to try and see people in and out, pay and complete treatments which ruins the whole experience for the customer. There was also a bit of a language barrier which I am sure could improve with some tutoring and help. There was a big pot of Dulux paint on the floor in front of me and other bits and pieces around the salon that needed clearing as it made it look tatty! More coverings on the windows needed as people walking and driving past were staring at you and some were laughing and pointing which is rather disconcerting when you should be in a relaxed atmosphere! Your door needs adjusting as it kept blowing open! I will return, as only live along the lane, when more graffics are covering the windows!

I've had 2 great experiences here recently, one was with the owner and then this visit with Alka. Alka was a lovely, friendly, knowledgable professional who i understand will be based here full time from the end of March. I would definitely go back for regular treatments with Alka or the owner. The pedicure and manicure i had with the owner was the best i've had here since new ownership. Both Alka and the owner on separate visits were so welcoming and friendly.
