She did a very good job, was professional and friendly. I walked in the shop and I waited less than 5 minutes for the treatment. The idea to go there was very spontaneous because I was a tourist from Switzerland, only standing two days in this city.

I’ve had extensions many times, but my previous therapist retired. Mine lasted 4–6 weeks, always looked natural, that’s exactly what I explained I wanted: individual lashes, not fans and natural. Instead, she did her own thing and was talking o her phone throughout.2 days later, lashes had fallen out. She offered to replace them but when I explained they weren’t what I asked for, she said, “but the fans is what everyone wants.”- Totally unacceptable and unprofessional- I want my money back

The shop is very shabby, the treatment room tiny and claustrophobic and the therapist was very unprofessional. Relaxing music was provided by you tube with adverts!!! She also took a phone call whilst delivering the treatment! Not worth the money.
