The beauty therapist doesn’t even smile, don’t really feel like she understands what I actually wanted. I’ve been a couple times and my eyebrows look alright when I leave but still have bits that could be better. She’s not chatty, looks miserable and can’t say she takes her time/care into what she does as my eyebrows never look amazing when I leave
