Salon maybe needed more than one person working as clearly too busy. No running water in the bathroom sink. Not good atmosphere in the treatment room. No soft towels on the bed clearly needed new ones, nowhere to put your clothes, i had to just put them on the floor, no soft lighting. If a long wait maybe a drink should be offered but that might be easier with more than one person working on a Saturday!
