Vanessa was lovely and I enjoyed chatting with her. But unfortunately after I left I noticed my BIAB finish was lumpy and a little bulging on some of the nails which is a little disappointing.

I was really comfortable, the facial was very effective, my asking was all shinny and clean, good for my mature skin.
She has relaxing music on too which really helped me relax. Will defiantly go again.
