Awful. Started off by choosing the colour for my toenails. They are almost sticky and feel to thick to the point that they have indents. Thw worst part was the nails. The colour I chose looked nice on what she showed me the colour on but turns out it must have been many layers of polish to get that effect as my nails have multiple layers of gel to the point they are already peeling. They are still seethrough, I have gel polish on my fingers and there is gel outside the lines. Need to get removed

I had a lash lift, the process was fine and looking at the result from a lower angle it was okay, I then left the salon to realise I had glue from the shields and tint all over my eyelid. Vanessa was lovely however There’s no change in my lashes before and after and I’ve been left in a state walking home.
