Katie was lovely and gave some very helpful suggestions on what I should do with my hair. Salon had a lot of customers so it was a bit noisy but that's probably a good thing!

The salon is in a great central location and is clean and has a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. They offered me a variety of drinks whilst I was waiting for my appointment. Sadly my appointment commenced 35 minutes late so this took the shine off my experience as I was then running late for the rest of my day. The beautician who did my treatment was excellent and very friendly but did charge me again so I'm in the process of asking for a refund. So I would recommend but my experience wasn't perfect overall.

I had a wonderful time! Amy transformed my hair and I was very pleased with it. She was lovely to chat to and took a genuine interest in me. An added bonus was being given a free hand massage by Charlotte. She also fit me in for a manicure while I was there. I felt truly pampered and it was my birthday the day after so extra special.
