My hairdresser sarah was lovely I had a laugh with her and she really listened to what I wanted. I was really pleased with my hair and would defiantly go back!!
My appointment was 15 minutes late. I wasn't offered a drink whilst I waited and there were people in the front of the salon eating chips and gravy - it stank! Before my wax I wasn't given a wipe/towelette to clean myself with (good job I brought my own). The lady who performed the wax was very friendly and professional, however I wasn't happy with the end result as I was left with random patches of hair that had been missed which I didn't realise until I got home (it's hard to do a thorough inspection at the time) and then had to try and wax them off myself.

The cut was satisfactory but there were 2 other hairdressers sat chatting whilst I was having my hair cut. They were talking about the next customer who was coming in to have pin curls done and they were saying how they didn't know what they were doing. Very unprofessional and made me not want to return to this salon in case I got one of these girls. They came across as incredibly incompetent and I felt very sorry for what would happen to their next customer.
