The lady that did my nails was very friendly and did a great job. I booked my appointment for 11.20am then the night befor received a text from the salon asking me to confirm I was coming to the appointment at 11.30am, I thought the time difference must be a mistake as I received an email confirmation from wahanda that my appointment was at 11.20. I showed up to my appointment at 11.15am just to make sure. There was one lady there blowdrying hair so she didnt hear me come in and I didnt think it was necessary to disturb her so I just stood at the front desk and waited, about ten minutes passed and the phone rang so she came to answer it then asked if she could help. I told her I had an appointment for a gel manicure at 11.20, she shouted something up stairs to someone. I sat down and ten more minutes passed, a member of staff came in and asked what I was waiting for and I told her again. By now it was about 11.40am she said the therapsit was running about ten minutes behind. I ended up finally getting seen at 11.50 so I waited 35 minutes which I think when you have an appointment is ridiculous and I was ready to walk out. While I was waiting a lady walked in to get here hair done and was immediately greeted by name and offered a drink. In almost 40 minutes I waited I wasnt offered a drink. All the staff were nice and I would probably return but not if I had to wait so long.

I had a heartily welcome.The dry hair cut was done very neatly and cautiously. Price very reasonable and my hair dresser was really kind and attentive. Would go there anytime again. Thank you!

Great service and friendly staff. My stylist was extremely helpful and advised me on the colour and cut she thought would be most suitable.

A bit nervous about going to a new salon but was really impressed. Stylist was lovely and took so much time and effort into putting in a full head of highlights. Really pleased with the result and definitely will be returning.
