As always a fabulous experience, staff are great here, looks lovely inside too. Had just a wash and finish this time and left feeling and looking good. Thank you talking heads xx

I have medium to dark brown hair and I wanted some caramel highlights. I was told that using bleach and a toner should do the trick. The highlights turned out to be lighter than I'd hoped and even after the toner had been applied the colour was still uneven. I can also see that bleach had damaged the hair as my ends are now splitting.
Regarding the service, I received a call in the morning prior to my appointment at 5pm asking if I would mind washing my highlights off at home as the salon shuts at 6pm and they cannot wait for my highlights to develop. I personally did not mind as I don't live far but it was very unusual to me as I have never experienced such a request anywhere else. Upon arrival the staff were very nice and friendly, offered me a drink and were smiley and chatty. I will probably give the salon another chance at some stage, maybe to see if they can fix the highlights and make them a little less blond...

The salon was very clean and the staff were lovely and obviously very well trained. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
All good with a lovely finish on my nails. They chipped quite early on my holiday but I think was more due to wear and rare.
