The treatment was done well & professional.
I was really pleased with my experience at Talking Heads, the staff are very relaxed and friendly and every effort was made to make sure I was happy with my colour.

Excellent customer service following bad start. When I first arrived, they told me they had no record of my appointments which was alarming! The hairdresser offered me a dry cut but I wanted a cut and blow dry. After 10 mins or so, she offered to move her afternoon appointments back by 15 mins to fit me in, which I thought was great customer service.
Cut was good, blow dry was just straight, I didn't get asked what I wanted, would have preferred some curls and volume but as she'd squeezed me in I didn't want to ask as she hadn't asked.
Massage was amazing. Really good pressure. My back has felt tight for two days but she warned me this would be the case.
Loved my nails.
Had to wait 20 minutes for my blow dry not sure there is enough staff in there to cut hair.
