I visited this salon for the first time due to an offer on Treatwell and overall I enjoyed my experience. I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted by the staff who were all very lovely. The salon was clean, and staff members continued to clean throughout the morning while I was there.
I was quickly sat down and offered a drink, not kept waiting at any point. I had my hair done by Chloe, who asked me plenty of questions about my hair and styling routine - which was nice because she was determining how best to treat my hair. I was pleased with my result, Chloe had done exactly what I wanted with my hair, whilst still adapting a technique to work with my previous colour.
I would definitely visit this salon again, but probably only whilst taking advantage of an offer. At full price some of the treatments were quite expensive, but I enjoyed my appointment.
