Very accommodating as soon as I walked in and offered some tea which was lovely! She was very gentle when washing my hair which felt amazing and relaxing. Eli gave some great advice and recommendations when I asked her questions on how to maintain my hair which shows how knowledgeable she is. I was also impressed with the techniques she used to cut my hair and overall very happy with the service :)
