My wife took our two daughters in for their first salon hair cut, previously home cut by a friend, my eldest was very impressed with how welcoming Gemma was and how friendly it was so much so that both girls want vanity to be their regular salon from now on so well done two very happy young girls. Thank you

I took my son (2yrs) for his first haircut and was a bit worried how he would react but the guy who cut his hair was excellent and we only had a few tears to start with but after that no problem at all well done !! Will certainly be returning

I usually go here as the staff are really friendly, there is a good atmosphere, and the location is convenient as you can park for free for 2 hours in the public car park opposite.
But this time I was really disappointed.... I had an unacceptable wait of 30+ minutes and my cut was uneven. I wasn't offered a small discount by way of apology which I expected, and I didn't feel that I should have to ask for it.
