Frances was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely friendly and reassuring, and the bikini wax was genuinely the best, and most pain free, that I’ve had. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Had a wonderful experience at Vanity today. Jeyon was lovely! She noticed some scars which were on an area that I was having waxed - she was kind, considerate and professional, and checked that they were okay to be waxed over (not too painful and fully healed). My wax was thorough and mostly painless. I will definitely be back! Thank you :)
