Never been here before booked it last minute before a holiday. I opted for half leg strip wax, when she finished I could see white patches here and there which I assumed were bits of wax left behind but turned out to be where she'd taken off bits of my skin after a couple of days it got darker and scabbed. Basically had patchy scabbing legs at the beach! My underarm she went over multiple times with hard wax and twezzers and still managed to miss quite a few hairs. Completely incompetent will never use again

Booked in for a deep cleanse facial. The therapist recommended a peel instead of extraction.My skin was smoother but I missed not having extraction.
