Bikini Waxing
Booked microdermabrasion on the advice of therapist in sister salon in Clapham Junction. Had to change appointment as salon was double booked then arrived and therapist was unhappy carrying out microdermabrasion as skin was sensitive and she recommended a facial instead which was fine but the description of facial was limited and I had to ask a few times what she was using and what the products where designed to do. Overall experience didn’t seem particularly professional - room wasnt ready when I arrived and therapist had to leave the room twice for towels and products. At the end she asked me to get up and get changed whilst she remained in the room as she was running late for next client which was uncomfortable and felt very rushed. Communication and experience was better in Clapham Junction.

Very efficient and was made to feel comfortable,made as pain free as waxing can be
