Bikini Waxing
The facial was good, and the beautician considerate of my needs throughout the treatment. I do have red marks from the extractions still a couple of days later but I expect this is because I’ve never had a facial before and so my skin isn’t used to it. Also I do have sensitive skin. I was expecting more massage time, e.g under the steamer it was a bit boring without anything happening, but I may have unrealistic expectations as I haven’t had a facial before. Overall good treatment and will go back again as I feel it will benefit my skin.

Very friendly staff, I was taken in at 11.15 my app was at 11am they did apologise.my facial started off lovely my beautician explained all, they leave you for 10 minutes to relax with your eyes covered and leave the room, on return to remove my mask the beautician never spoke so I assumed it was to keep me relaxed but when I opened my eyes it was a different beautician and she apologised saying my original lady felt unwell, I totally understand that but she could have mentioned it before starting I felt uncomfortable. my facial was to last 1hour 15 but I was finished a little over 15 minutes early . I get facials all the time and I had high hopes for this place and iv just moved to the area, I do intend to go back but I was left feeling uneasy.

Very good visit. Felt the masseuse made an effort to listen to my preferences on pressure etc.
