Always had facials at feel fab but this experience was not a very pleasant one. The room was very cold and the appointment was quite late- reason they gave was as it was booked through Treatwell portal and that I was doing it to get discounts - by the person in the front desk - who claimed she was one of the owner of the salon. Very disappointed this time around!!

Great salon and friendly staff. Pedicure was thorough and relaxing, with a good range of colours to choose from.

Bikini Waxing
The facial was good, and the beautician considerate of my needs throughout the treatment. I do have red marks from the extractions still a couple of days later but I expect this is because I’ve never had a facial before and so my skin isn’t used to it. Also I do have sensitive skin. I was expecting more massage time, e.g under the steamer it was a bit boring without anything happening, but I may have unrealistic expectations as I haven’t had a facial before. Overall good treatment and will go back again as I feel it will benefit my skin.
