I was nervous before having the treatment but I was made comfortable and the procedure explained in detail. The atmosphere was both friendly, clean and professional and my worries soon disappeared.
Jo is super talented and worked absolute magic on my nose!
She took the time before the day and during to find out exactly what I wanted/my expectations and was very thorough which helped put my mind at rest. Jo obviously cares about what she does and provides her clients with a bespoke experience (I was concerned about ending up with the ‘cookie cutter’ artificial aesthetic look) and she also understands the importance of balancing features and has in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy.
Plus her prices were very reasonable.
Only negative was that I nearly walked into a lamppost on the way home as I kept looking in windows and admiring my reflection 😂
