Treatment on time and professional approach when entering salon. Therapist did ask about any skin concerns I had, but during treatment appeared to use same sponge pads to cleanse my face between stages and same towel to dry my face. This meant the towel was cold and damp throughout. During head massage this was sore and due to no oil being offered for hair dragged. Floor of beauty room had lots of hair around from previous treatments and would have benefited from a good clean
