entire appointment for a bikini wax, half leg and upper lip lasted 20 minutes. The lady who done the waxing used the same piece of gauze to remove hair front of both legs. On arriving home, I noticed a lot of hairs still on my legs, I realise the odd one may be left behind, but I had far too many for this to be the case. I definitely won't be returning or recommending to friends.
