Sat by a part opened door with wet hair shivering for an hour. Offered a coffee,said yes and forgotten. Asked to have my fringe trimmed, ignored. Felt stylist was rushed doing 2 people with colour's at same time. Glad to get home for a drink and warmth. Previously had pedicure came home with toenail hanging off. Am I unlucky I wonder?
