Was quick. Stylist confirmed length of trim. But didn’t chat which is something that may be just a London thing but there was no conversation other than between staff.

Haircut was really unprofessional. Hair stylist wasn't sure what she was doing and I was nervous all the time while she was cutting my hair (it was just a simple trim). Another senior hair stylist had to come take over in the end....Would not recommend this place unless you book with a senior hair stylist.
