I had a full hour experience for a facial. I informed the person that my skin felt sensitive and yet she scrubbed the whole face with a towel in a harsh way twice! The steam itself was painful for the extraction and those spots without a clear head was attempted to be popped. This left a bruise on one of my spots the next day. The ingredients used was not stated nor a thorough massage was applied. I was appalled by the whole experience. No massaging technique was used on face, neck or shoulder.
