Was seen straight away. Very professional service from Halima .Helped with choosing colour for nail. Quick but efficient .love my nails . Would definately return . Great price on Treatwell too .

Honestly the worst LVL experience / salon experience I’ve had in a really long time.
Firstly I called the receptionist to tell her I was running late ( all of 8 minutes ) her attitude on the phone was awful and came across as if she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone.
When I arrived she actually didn’t even bother to say hello or even smile. She told me to sign a waiver form for the LVL as I didn’t have a patch test ( no problem that was my decision) but her attitude as I was stood at the desk actually made me feel awkward. The therapist then came out to take me into the treatment room, she didn’t say hello / smile / ask my name NOTHING! Just walked ahead of me into the treatment room and sat down with her back to me to prepare, without saying a word.
After I awkwardly got ready on the treatment bed she began. At one point during the awkward silence I asked her what was in one of the products she was using and her exact response was “ I’m not sure, I just know it smells strong” Great news that your therapist doesn’t know what’s in the products they’re putting on people’s eyes! Finally I went to check the results and honestly? I should have flushed the £45 down the toilet as it was hardly noticeable. 2 days on and there is literally no difference. Girls if you want rude, standoffish staff and sub standard treatments then this is the place to go. Really disappointed.

Back attack-ouch!! Not great or relaxing. More like being gradually crushed. And therapist, although lovely, had awful body odour which she transferred onto my skin during massage.
