Lovely massage, lovely staff. Thoroughly impressed with my experience here and would highly recommend!
The massage was pleasant and relaxing. But when I have received massages in other places, I have been talked through the massage and asked about my various stresses and strains with a view to working on particular areas more and given tips on how to address them. This didn't happen here.
I was also asked to come 10 minutes early, but when I arrived the receptionist was on the phone, and I had to stand around for a while until someone came out to see me. I didn't find the ambience when waiting very relaxing. It is in a tanning salon, and there was loud irritating music playing.
My Appointment was moved by the receptionist to the following day as they say it was the lash techs day off and as I work it had to be one of there last slots, on my way to the apt the next day and have a call from receptionist to move my appointment AGAIN to the following day which I work and cannot make as the lash women was running extremely late! Very disappointed as wanted my lashes done for an event and they could not be done! Poor customer service!
