I am overall satisfied with my shellac manicure, but the only thing I didn't like was the fact that she finished in 12 minutes. I don't think it was a matter of being quick - I got the feeling that she was in a hurry. She didn't allow enough time for the nail varnish to dry (max. 20-30 sec per layer). In two nails, the polish job is a bit uneven. Let's see how it lasts, I don't have high hopes tbh.

The pedicure was great - really well done, careful about dry skin removal and very thorough. Great gel colour and massage too. The only issue was that it noted the appointment as being scheduled to last 55 minutes but it actually lasted 1 hour and 35 minutes. Could be a little speedier! But wonderful nails - thank you :)
