Arrived at 9:58 for a 10:00AM appointment (first of the day) and was told I would have to wait because no one was in work yet. Not sure that 10AM is a struggle to get in for. No apologies for the lateness and when someone actually showed up they didn't seem to even realise the appointment had been made.

A really convenient salon near to my new office. I always judge nail bars by how they do the removal of the gel polish, and Vanity do this properly, which I appreciate.
