The manicure was really well done but unfortunately despite my booking time confirmed, I had to wait an hour before being sat down. The salon was understaffed or overbooked for the capacity. I had to reschedule my day because of it. They were apologetic but I was the last one being treated despite I arrived earlier. Be careful of the extra charge! I decided to pay at the venue, I got overcharged £10 more than the price on Treatwell. Really not a friendly at all given i had to wait an hour. Unfortunately I have to give one star!
