Very rough on my hands and filed too low down the nail so my beds are exposed. Showed annoyance when I asked for a change in filing shape. Smudged the varnish and mixed a brush tainting the lighter colour on my ring finger. Wasn’t checking if I was happy with what they’d done as we were going

Horrific experience - the manicure took an hour over the allocated time and was pretty bad.
