The atmosphere was really relaxing, the place was tidy and smelt incredible. However, the waxing itself wasn't the best experience I've had cus it had never really hurt me that much while I was being waxed. Also, there were quite a few areas on which I still had hair after the procedure (my whole elbows were pretty much hairy) and it was quite visible so I had to remove it myself at home afterward which is pretty annoying because this is not what I paid for.

Amazing experience as always in vanity, Nicole always does a brilliant job of my nails!
So pleased with my lovely nails! Nicole is very talented and will definitely be booking in with her again
