I recently visited Vanity's and was thoroughly impressed with the excellent and friendly customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to understand my needs and provided professional advice that resulted in a fantastic haircut and full hair highlights. Hi, so this is my 2nd visit to this saloon. So definitely 1st would be good, that I revisited. However , this time the results are awful. 1st, they updated the description of keratin Botox treatment after I had it, so they can say we offer this -not that. Also , you pay 80 bucks for nothing, I mean my frizz is 100% same, no smoothness, no lustre. I had this treatment before so I know the results. However the staff is nice, but definitely doesn’t know anything about keratin botox.
