I booked appointment one week before and when I was on my way to salon the lady called me and said she cannot make it. Is really hard for me to take time out specially with kids. I am extremely disappointed.

I was very happy with my haircut. Catherine did exactly what I asked and it was blow dried and straightened very nicely by the other lady (can’t remember name sorry!)
