My 1st experience was just fine. Haircut was ok.. customer service was just ok because I think they should do hair drying even if blow dry isn't included because most of the salons do that complimentary even if you don't ask them.. which is very nice.. Especially we can catch cold if we go out with wet hair!! Atleast dry them :)

I booked appointment one week before and when I was on my way to salon the lady called me and said she cannot make it. Is really hard for me to take time out specially with kids. I am extremely disappointed.
