Nice lady and a reasonable manicure. Could do with flip flops to walk across the room. Seemed a shame after a foot cleanse and balming, to walk across a floor and get your feet dirty again.

As it was my first time there, I arrived early expecting to have to fill out a general health form. There wasn’t one. The therapist took me into a dark and rather chilly cubicle, lit two tea lights, took my coat and left. There was no hook to hang my clothes on. The massage itself was fine, though she didn’t ask if the pressure was ok (it was). When I turned over on to my back, she didn’t fill in the hole in the with a pillow or even a towel. No glass of water. Not a pampering experience at all
