I decided to treat myself after a long week to the spring package (express mani & pedi). Had never been here before, but it is close to where I live and they still had last-minute availability, so this was very convenient! The staff was absolutely lovely. They overran slightly on the previous appointment, but made sure I was comfortable whilst waiting.
The reason this is 3 star experience for me were the mani & pedi themselves. Although these were express, I paid for 1 hr for both combined. I was done after roughly 45 minutes however. This isn't a massive issue, but unfortunately I felt the mani was a bit rushed and as a result didn't look great. It showed, as my nails started chipping less than a day later.
This was a real shame, as the pedi was actually great and looks amazing as well!
Overall, the pedicure was great and next time I'll invest in getting a classic pedicure!
