This is my second time here and i just always feel so welcome. The ambience and warm atmosphere created by these ladies is so refreshing. Treatment was explained to me well and the lady doing my treatment - Amy - was well informed as she answered my every question and concerns thoroughly. I have been dealing with acne scars so I was quite nervous coming in, i’m very cautious with my skin and what treatments i get and where. Felt like i was in good hands and will be booking again!

Waxer felt inexperienced. I usually go to another waxer but needed it done before a night out, so chose a different one closer to home. It didn’t feel especially clean in the shop. There was no method to the waxing. Bent my legs in weird directions, waxed one big toe, but not the other? 😂 oiled the back of my leg even though it hadn’t been waxed. Then realised her mistake and had to go back and wax. Left with so many missed hairs. Can’t say I will be returning! More training needed.
